How to Build an Easy Skincare Routine?

Simple Skincare Routines for Every Skin Type.

What do Kylie Jenner and Kathy Hepburn have in common? They are both divided by decades but united by healthy glowing skin. A simple and beautiful glowing skin is the best makeup you can wear. Skin is the outer protective layer that undergoes wear and tear. It is also a mirror of your health. A pale skin signals underlying health issues, while skin that glows will make you a cynosure of all eyes. Skincare is more a healthcare routine and not merely a beauty routine.

Is there a Skincare Routine Suitable for All?

The answer is YES. You only have to get the basics right. Good personal hygiene, proper diet and sound sleep hold the key to the internal health of the skin.

The Skin Has the Same Structure with Some Differences

It is somewhat difficult to curate a skincare plan that suits all. But skin tissues of human beings have many similarities. So a common-for-all skincare routine includes nourishment and care for the deeper layers of human skin. In the words of Anna Wintour, the Fashion Czarina and Editor-in-Chief at Vogue Magazine, it is three simple steps in repeat modes; cleanse, moisturize, cleanse, and good sleep.

Cleanse with a Suitable Cleanser, if Possible Do it Twice

Cleansing is the essential step. Cleansing removes dirt, oil and unwanted tissues from the skin. You can use a scrub that gently exfoliates your skin, helping it breathe better. You may cleanse your skin twice in gentle circular motions in an anti-clockwise direction for better results.

Use a Facial Serum

You may also use hyaluronic acid serum; this serum is suitable for all skin types. Don’t let the word serum and acid intimidate you. It is safe to use. You can consider a vitamin E based serum as well. It will hydrate your skin and nourish it, making it look clearer.

Hydrate with a Moisturizer

Hydrating with a moisturizer is a non-negotiable step in skincare. Hydrating with a suitable moisturizer will make your skin supple. Moisturizing is more like giving water to plants. Therefore, it is crucial for maintaining healthy skin.

While doing all the aforesaid steps, please pay attention to complete coverage of exposed and unexposed skin. A different tone of complexion is a big upset for all your beach and party-by-the-pool moments.

Diet Rich in Vitamin B, C, E, and B12

They mean when they say, “Beauty is skin-deep”. You need to nourish the under layers of the skin to bring out that glow on the outer skin. These vitamins work like magic. Instead of taking supplements, consider including them in your diet.

Protect Your Skin from Sun-Damage

Using a broad-spectrum sunscreen will protect you from harsh sun rays. Unfortunately, that damage is difficult to be reversed. So, the best approach will be never to let that happen.

In addition to the aforementioned steps, you must keep hydrating your body with water and healthy liquids. A good Kaolin or Clay-based mask that tightens the skin is suitable for all skin types. You may add Rose Water to it for best results. Rose Water of high quality has very calming and soothing effects, and when used regularly, it will give your skin a child-like glow. Rose Water has been a favourite of Indian and Persian queens.

Following the above-mentioned steps regularly with proper sound sleep and diet will certainly save a lot of money on unnecessary cosmetics.
